PROCESS

1. What is included in the bid amount?
The bid amount you place on Auctionlynk.com covers the price of the vehicle at auction. Action fees, Auctionlynk fees, loading, documentation, transportation fees, etc. are not included.
 
2. Is it possible to be notified when a particular vehicle becomes available?
Unfortunately, due to the continually changing inventory of vehicles on Auctionlynk, we are unable to to provide alerts when a specific vehicle becomes availabile. However, we do strive to streamline the search process by offering filters, such as Make, Model, Year, Region, etc., so our customers may narrow results for a more efficient search.
 
3. Can I come to your location and purchase a vehicle?
Auctionlynk.com is an online venue providing a link between authorized auction houses and buyers. We do not maintain vehicles available for purchase at our location.
 
4. How will I be notified if my bid is the winning bid at end of auction?
You will be automatically notified via e-mail if your bid is the highest at the close of bidding, and your Auctionlynk.com account will be updated. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the e-mail and Auctionlynk.com account for updates.
 
5. When will I be notified of the results from the auction?
Customer will receive e-mail notification, and the results will be posted under customer’s “My Account” section by 9 p.m., EST, the day of the auction.
 

PAYMENT

1. I submitted full payment by wire transfer. Why does my invoice reflect a lesser amount?
Originating banks often charge a transfer fee for funds delivered via this means. Additionally, some international customers are chared an additional wire transfer fee by an intermediary bank. Please keep these fees in mind when wiring funds.
 
2. Do you accept loan checks for “Clean Vehicles”?
Our affiliated dealers can accept loan checks; however, please be sure to secure financing prior to purchase.
 

VEHICLE

1. Are loose parts displayed in the photographs included with the sale of the vehicle?
We do not guarantee loose parts will be included with the vehicle (even if they appear in the photographs), as they can be misplaced/detached at the auction site, or in transit.
 
2. Why is the posted VIN incomplete?
Sometimes only 11 digits of the VIN are shown during auction for decoding purposes. The winning bidder will receive the complete VIN.
 

TRANSPORTATION

1. What do I need in order to pick up the vehicle?
You will need original paperwork and a zero balance on the Auctionlynk.com invoice. Please verify that all paperwork and payments have been processed prior to picking up the vehicle.
 
2. When can I pick up the vehicle?
Auctionlynk.com will send notification when the vehicle is ready for pick-up. Please do not attempt to pick up the vehicle until such notification is received, and all paperwork and payments have been processed.
 
3. Can I drive a salvage vehicle home?
Salvage vehicles may not legally be driven on roads. You will need to arrange to have the vehicle towed to your designated location.
 
4. Does the vehicle have keys?
Auctionlynk.com does not guarantee the availability of keys, even if they are present in photographs, as it is possible for the keys to be lost at the auction lot, during transit, etc.
 
5. How do I obtain keys for the vehicle?
There are a number of ways to procure new keys for the vehicle. First, you can contact a local authorized dealer for your vehicle make and inquire if a key can be made from the VIN. If the dealer is not able to make a key from the VIN, it may be possible for them to make it from the code engraved on the ignition. This method will require removal of the ignition. Finally, you can also take the vehicle’s ignition to a locksmith, who can make a key specific to the ignition.

Registration

You must complete the form in English. Due to some email server incompatibility we recommend you to use one of the 3 email services for registration: YAHOO, GMAIL or HOTMAIL. If you provide incorrect information during the registration process, your registration will not be approved. As a result, most of the website's features will not be accessible to you.
